The surface, per unit, varies from a 45m2 studio to apartments of 200m2, 250m2, and 330m2. The latter, a three story apartment, is distinguished by its 100m2 lounge and its floor to ceiling height of 6.5m.
The fireplaces are numerous and judicially placed, the central heating has been discretely installed.
